Very Bad and Disappointing Service _ Request to Cancel Policy

Refer to Scorpion Case: 977707

I logged a query on the 7th October and received received an email on the 7 October saying my query has been escalated to the Legal team and to date i have not been contacted by D Bambo.

This is a rather serious matter, this is the third time i have to escalate a matter in order to receive assistance with scorpion.

This is the service a platinum scorpion card gets you.

Please call me as i would like to cancel my policy as it seems as if it is no benefit to me.
