Useless service
Please cancel me as your client ASAP as you guys are very useless, you don't respect your debit order days you always debit on a date that suites you so that the debit can bounce knowing very well that if someone will need your help then you will tell them about the outstanding debts, so please cancel me and don't bother to call me. email me if you need to but i don't need your call and effective now i don't call my self your client and i don't want to get any sms from my back telling me about your attempt to debit me

The deduction dates in March and May fell on a Sunday and a public holiday. Your bank does not allow deductions on those days, so we had no choice but to move the deduction date to the next available date. We regret that you did not have enough money in the account to pay the premium. It is also not in our interest to deliberately \bounce\" your debit order.
