Useless legal representation
The worse st service I have ever paid for, if they don't they can't assist you with a matter, it's we have declined the your matter but they don't decline our debit orders and when they advertise themselves they claim they will represent you even if you loose but now they say they can't represent. So sick of this company, I will personally rally people to take this company to the department of Justice, LPC. I have thrown away money, if I had put away this money I would afford a lawyer. I will do everything in my power to see this company shut down, they are exploiting south africans

Thank you for bringing your complaint to our attention.
We confirm that Ms. Trudy Moodley, Manager responsible for our Labour Claims Department, has contacted you regarding this complaint and that she has discussed it with you in full detail.
We confirm having advised you that your Scorpion Legal Protection appointed Nabeel Noorbhai Attorneys to assist you with your constructive dismissal matter and that they assisted you at arbitration on the 12th November 2018 where the matter remained part-heard and is awaiting a new set down. Further that, having dealt with the matter and have assessed the merits, Nabeel Noorbhai Attorneys provided us with an opinion on the matter stating that you lacked prospects of success in proving constructive dismissal dispute. This legal opinion was discussed with you.
We confirm further having referred your matter to Smit and Grove Attorneys who provided us with a second opinion and that they too advised that based on the facts presented by you, prospects of proceeding with a dispute of constructive dismissal was weak. You have however advised us that you have further evidence to prove your case and have undertaken to submit this to us to enable us to proceed with your matter. We await this information / evidence to enable us to assist you.
