USELESS AND RUDE

Email was sent a week ago for legal assistance, NO RESPONSE Call center tells me they can't help with my issue regard a car and claims. Why did I join if you can not help with what I need help with??? I have paid for 3 months, can I cancel and request a refund? Your services are not as promising as what you make them to be. It also took almost a month your your offices to send me the documents. I have received horrible service and correspondence since I joined. Your consultant put the phone down in my ear TWICE!!! I want a full refund for the 3 months as you can not even assist with debt review / incorrect blacklisting. Useless
