Urgent Assistance Needed
I have been in discussion with you guys about a pending issue regarding my house. I need the people staying in it evicted, but nothing has happened yet. The court of law wants me to get a court order to have them legally evicted from the property. I have been liaising previously with Ronisha Singh who has been handling my matter from the Head Office. I need you to help me sort this matter out as the eviction letter you sent has not been adhered to.<br> I am helpless and I am relying on your expertise for assistance but I am currently running around not knowing what or where to get this help. I have reference numbers for the case you are handling for me. <br> At some point I was informed that it takes time for one to get a court order as there are long queues of documents in court waiting for authorization.<br> I am now on my knees as this matter is giving me sleepless nights.<br> Your feedback will be highly appreciated and I am looking to hear from someone very soon.<br>

At the very outset we explained to your Mom that this case will not be covered for legal fees if it needs to go to court. She understood this. But in an attempt to settle the matter out of court, we undertook to contact and negotiate with the other party. Unfortunately this negotiation has failed, and the matter remains unresolved.
The matter now needs to proceed to court, and if you want to pursue this avenue you will need to pay a lawyer yourself. Normally Scorpion pays for the lawyer, but because the matter happened before your Mom joined Scorpion she will have to pay a lawyer herself.
If you need assistance to get a lawyer we will be able to assist you with this. If needed we can also assist to negotiate reasonable fees with your selected lawyer.
