Untruthful claims made by Scorpion Legal Protection

Yesterday October 09 2018, i received a registered letter from scorpion legal protection on behalf of my ex husband (Grant Gasment), the letter consists of several demands regarding our house which is on the market to be sold, he's claiming that he sold me out with R142000 which in he's opinion was my half, then he rented the house out to me at R5000 per month. First of all if (Desiree), the scorpion legal advisor was as professional as she should have been, she would first of all get all the necessary proof to these claims, before sending me a letter like this. I am extremely upset with the threads in the letter, I'm frustrated with the false accusations and I'm completely angry because of the lengths and all the support my ex husband is getting from Desiree into harassing me time after time. When I went to the scorpion offices in Bellville today (10/10/2018), Desiree was very arrogant, she told me straight that she is the legal advisor who issued the letter, and she cannot assist me as my ex husband confides in her, they have a client/advisor confidentiality agreement which doesn't allow her to assist me, I get the confidentiality but i was there to respond to the letter of demand to state my side taking it I'm also a Scorpion Legal Protection client, and taking it they're giving me 14 days to respond. I then requested on speaking to their manager, whom was too busy too come out and consult with me. I am not happy with the services i have received from scorpion as to this far, they are judgemental, make me feel like a ******** meanwhile their client they're supporting are making my life a living hell, i have a protection order against him, but yet he came to where I'm currently residing and confronted me with a firearm threatening me to give him the house, i am living in total fear for this man, but here Desiree is not giving me a chance to explain to her my concerns and my fears. If however they are so positive about he's claims, they are free to supply the court with proof to support the claims and threads i received as I would like my ex husband to supply the court with dates, banking details and statements proving he paid me any of the amounts he's only making demands on now suddenly that the house are in the process of being sold, how convenient I'd say!
