UNSATISFACTORY FINAL SERVICE

I herewith wish to post a negative review about the above company as follows:

I have recently posted a 5 star review about Miss Prasanta Naidoo who is the Scorpion Specialist handling my labour case at Durban Branch.

I had high hopes about ending up on a winning side, having been promised a commercial attorney should my matter end up in court in the next few weeks; with the next diary date being the 14th October 2020. However, I had decided to send my legal advisor an email quiery about how long should it take for my case to be finalized, seeing that the Third Party was refusing to respond to all the emails sent, with the Letter of Demand included.

I was very shocked that the response I received from my Legal Advisor was very disappointing, heartbreaking and on top of all made me to reverse my previous review of not regretting being a Scorpion member since May 2003.

I had been happy about how my case was handled until the last email received from her. This email proved to me that Scorpion Legal Protection as a brand cannot protect my human rights as an individual or their valued loyal member. I am left shocked that even after providing important documentation such as the consortium letter dated 26th May 2020(which was emailed to the former employer), CIPC certificates issued to the former employer etc, Scorpion Legal Protection cannot help me finish off the good job already done.

I had raised the issue of the Annual Return Emails that are said to had been sent to myself for 2016, 2017 & 2017; that there were never any of those said emails sent to my personal email address. It is even shocking to note that my Ex-Dewdale colleague Mr J. Majiek's employment was terminated by Molapong Aquaculture Pty Ltd on or about year 2010, passed away last year, but his name is still listed an an active Board of Director in the CIPC certificate issued to the company on the 28th May 2020. Is this not ***** committed?. Do I have to be in the same situation as him?.

I had always recommended friends and colleagues to Scorpion Legal Protection, but this has to change now. I say that because it seems their slogan "STRIKE BACK LEGALLY, AGAINST ANYONE WHO VIOLATES YOUR RIGHTS" has not meaning. The Scorpion's legal sting cannot bite anymore, I really don't know why.

Having seen that the former employer is refusing to respond to all those emails, a good work was done by Prasanta Naidoo to post a Letter of Demand in order to enforce the company to pay what is due to myself, and that document stated clearly that I am the Scorpion Legal Protection client. What has changed now?

In the email received I am given options to take which include referring this case to my private attorney. Why only now I must appoint my own attorney when I have invested all these years in Scorpion Legal Protection, in order to be covered during these difficult times?. Why?

Is it difficult for Scorpion Legal Protection to appoint the commercial attorney Prasanta promised me about when I opened the statement on the 20th August 2020 in order to bring this case to a Magistrate court because that Third Party is stubborn and neglegent by not responding to those emails, plus the Letter of Demand?.

What is the point of investing to this brand for all those years if I must struggle like this when it matters the most?. Or is Scorpion Legal Protection only good on television adverts that even when it is clear that the Third Party is on the wrong side of the law I can't get an attorney to represent myself?.

I am feeling down already and unfortunately can't wait for the next diary date (14th October 2020) before posting this review because the writing is on the wall for me to see that the Third Party won't respond to the Letter of Demand, even though it was the most powerful document I have ever seen.

Should Scorpion Legal Protection not assist me in this case about getting my monies repaid, I don't think I will be their member anymore because this brand would prove to be of no value to myself and family at larger, let alone the long time investment made over the years.
