Unresolved case after almost 3 months

On 27 June, I first contacted Scorpion and spoke to Vincent Vuma about my case and forwarded requested document to him. On 29th June I was referred to Adv. Peter Selahle. Numerous e-mails were exchanged and I eventually went in to your offices at Germiston on 6th July and saw Mr Mailula. I left him with copies of the lease agreement, lease termination from the landlord, telephone records showing a discrepancy in the date the landlord claimed to have given notice to my son, Whats App messages between my son and the landlord and later that day e-mailed a copy of my son's ID. On 13th July I received a call from Mr Zondo from the Scorpion Specialist: Propery Division. He had taken over the case. Many e-mails and telephone calls later, I was advised that he had e-mailed the landlord on the 16th August, giving them 14 working days to respond to his e-mail which they did not do. I was then asked to send proof of payment of rental and was sent a form to complete for the rental tribunal as Mr Zondo believed that that was the best route to take. On 15th September I was cc'd in on an e-mail from Mr Zondo to Betty Kgobe advising her to liaise with me directly. On Monday I sent an e-mail to Betty asking what the next course of action should be as I am anxious to finalise the case. I received an automated reply that she was not available and to contact Zain Mclaren which I attempted to do today with no success. I decided to call Mr Zondo again to enquire what to do, only to be told that Mr Zondo no longer works in Durban and they have no idea who has taken over from him and who I should speak to. I asked to be put through to the switchboard and was cut off. I am no closer to resolving my matter and I am extremely unhappy about the lack of service that I have received thus far. Can somebody please help me?

Good day Adv. Rathiyaya I have been very proficiently assisted by your Claims Handler, Neville Govender, who was at all times professional and helpful. My case has now been closed and, while I am most grateful that half of my claim was paid to me directly by Scorpion, I cannot help but have a bad taste in my mouth. Not by any means from the service I have received from you but from the fact that the law breakers got off scott free. In my mind this is why our country is as it is. Law abiding citizens come off second best while ********* walk away laughing. I thank you for the advice and service I received and would be happy to change my initial rating based on the outcome of my case, however, I do not seem to be able to do so here.
