Unprofessional conduct of a call centre agent

Good day,

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the rude and unprofessional conduct of a call centre agent from Scorpion Limpopo branch/office.

I contacted your office on ***, and the lady who answered the call behaved in a disrespectful manner. After I greeted her, she hung up the phone. While speaking to me, she was also chewing bubble gum loudly, which I found highly unprofessional. When I called again, she dropped the call immediately without assisting me.

This experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I request that this matter be investigated urgently, and that appropriate action be taken against the staff member involved.

If this issue is not addressed, I am strongly considering cancelling my premium, as I do not feel valued or respected as a client.
