Unprofessional
Scorpion legal is the most unprofessional company that I have ever come across, I pay my monthly subscription to them religiously and have never missed a single payment ever since i joined however they are failing to give me a feedback on my case, everytime when i call them they tell me the representative who is handling the case will call me back. When I was to cancel my membership with them they tell me they're transferring me to the department and I waited for more than 10 minutes listening to their music..this is very unprofessional
