Unpaid claim bad service

I was promise by Scorpion Legal Protection on Hello peter that my claim will be attended too, even today no one has contacted me, I even took upon myself to call, however they still don't want to pay my claim no reason is been provided.<br> <br> My funeral policy contract with Scorpion says the claim will be paid within 48hrs, they have breach the contract this is the bad experience I ever experience.<br> <br> My Mother passed away on the 11/02/2015 all documents were submitted on the 24/02/2015 still the claim is not paid, still no one has contacted me.<br> <br> I really need assistant with this matter, This is too much I'm still mourning the death of my Mother on other side this company is reaping me off.<br> <br> Check their last week response it was on the 26/02/2015:<br> <br> <br> Hello b****ita,<br> <br> Good day Miss Mathapo<br> <br> Thank you for bringing your complaint to our attention.
