UNHAPPY ABOUT POLICY DOCUMENT FOR SCORPION

Good morning

Please allow me to take this opportunity in order to write and publish a negative review about Scorpion Legal Protection Pty Ltd. I invested my money by joining this company in May 2003, under policy A, which was roughly R25 per month at the time.

I had posted some positive reviews about this company before giving credit where it is due like when Christal Hartley, the insurance specialist, assisted me.

Scorpion has done some good things for me in the past but I had not had a major case where they would had had to pay high legal fees on my behalf. It was just a labour case which was resolved without going to the Arbitration.

But, I must make it clear the matters not covered under their policy document such as shareholding or trusts for instance, have made me to loose hope on them. I mean, Scorpion boasts about giving their clients the toughest lawyers to fight them. I reported this case to them, even providing as much information as possible but was advised to refer same to a private attorney because such matters don't enjoy cover.

They are doing great work by writing correspondences on your behalf plus making phone calls, following by reporting back to yourself after a certain period of time. Good work.

I had been struggling to get a commercial attorney to fight for my long overdue monies investment in my former employer since year 2020. This happens even though Scorpion Legal Protection deducts the monthly debit order from my bank.

Unless Scorpion Legal Protection ammends their policy document in order to help their clients in such cases, I will not waste my money again on them. I introduced many friends to Scorpion Legal Protection over the years but unfortunately this journey has to come to an end. Kindly cancel my policy with immediate effect. I am really disappointed in how this turned out to be at the end.

Should your policy document be ammended one day, I would be willing to re-join.
