I have case or claim already opened with you and the person assisting me is Vuyile Mpinge. How can one assist me to get her to provide with feedback. Briefly i have delearship that bought my car but they are busy using my car and they got fine tickets and they dont want to pay the fines. and the tickets fine is above 1000 rand. I have never got any really assistance as the dealership doesnt want to speak with me. Can you please escalate my matter as was stopped today by the traffic board and was ordered to pay and didnt have money to do that. I have provided all Adv Vuyile requested but there is no feedback. This matter has been not attended for Month now. Is there Superior person that can intervene on my issue please?
