Unfair treatment

It is the third matter I am registering with Scorpio legal and there is an excuse not to cover or the matter is not followed through. I was served with summons on a property I own, apparently they cannot cover since it is not my primary residence. I am paying for levies and everything since it is my property and my family members are staying there...the summons are served to me I am the one facing a legal matter but they are leaving me out in the cold because that is not primary. They were not clear with the matter now when they see it might be difficult they bailing out and me as their client I should see to it. Totally unfair that should have been stated when I handed the matter to them that they will proceed but might decline if need b.
