unfair dismissal
I am a member of scorpion and was unfair dismissed I contacted Scorpion and they appointed a lawyer to represent me. Unfortunatly the lawyer was not allowed in arbertration hearing, the outcome was the same as the hearing. I know I was unfair dismissed but scorpion did nothing to help me.
