*****ulent sign up and poor customer care

I have been *****ulent signed up for Scorpion Legal Protection twice. They have taken 4 months worth of premiums. I have reported to them twice and they have not repaid the unauthorized premiums deductions not have they effectively communicated with me through emails or calls unless I continuously call. It is an absolute hassle to get any assistance.
