*****ulent policy again

On 11/15/2025 I received my November salary advice Scorpion is back again *****ing money from my persal when I called them the surname and cellphone number they have on their system is not mine, Scorpion took R144.00 from my salary they *****ulently opened another policy that I don't even know about.The frustrating part is that they don't communicate they'll tell they get back to you and never call you back. Scorpion legal stop abusing me. please stop committing ***** stay away from my persal.You call call center agents are very rude, today 11 November 2025 I called and i spoke to a lady she was very dismissive and she dropped the call, I called again atleast the guy named Kerile Mosothwana was very polite and professional.policy number ***0 I want it gone from persal please!! I want my money back.STOP USING MY ID NUMBER AND PERSAL TO COMMIT FRUAD!! CANCEL THE *****ULENT POLICY AND REFUND ME MY MONEY!! WHERE DID YOU GET MY ID AND PERSAL NUMBER FROM?
