Scorpion Legal Protection has not processed my refund claims after I notified them of deductions and a policy I did not sign up for. This issue has persisted since 2022. I am unclear how my details were registered with them. I have contacted them, but they have not provided any feedback. When I call for updates, I consistently encounter rude consultants.
