*****ulent activities at Scorpion Legal

My self and half of the individuals who I work with at a government institution (20) have been signed up to services with Scorpion legal protection since Dec’ 24, despite not one of us ever having met with a consultant or signing any documents. For all individuals implicated, our contact details and home address’ are incorrect. We did not ever provide them with any details, however when we request for cancellation of the products/policies. They want affidavits, banks statements etc on order to cancel.

We’ve all made requests to cancel these policies/products. However some individuals are still being charged for these policies/products. Mine was successfully cancelled and I wasn’t debited in February. However on Friday 07/03/2025 I received and email stating the policy has been reinstated, again with incorrect contact details and address. For a company that works with legal matters, I don’t understand how they can be involved in such *****ulent activities.
