Trying to deduct a cancelled policy

I took out a policy, directly after the policy was taken up, the lady dropped the phone and never callee back. She got the lead so couldnt care less if I had questions or anything.

I have loggee several queries about not being able to log on online to my profile. Most go unanswered. Each time promises made and different stories.

I sent a request to rather cancel the policy as this is very poor service. Communication goes unanswered. Now they trying to deduct premiums from my account.

Please beware before taking up a policy with them.
