Tough to get Scorpion to provide representation

I register a claim number ***3 in December 20022, completed all the required paperwork, and was told that I required an external attorney that would be in contact with me. This never happen, when querying I was told that the request was terminated. The person what to send an email requesting them to contact me as to why the request was terminated. At 13:00, I called again to be placed on hold for about 20 minutes.

This is shocking I am due in court on ** Jan and have the right to representation.

Why is it been denied? Why do I have to fight to get representation when I pay my fees each month? You claim to protect your clients with tough legal action... the only tough action that I have received is it is tough to get Scorpion to provide representation.
