Totally disappointed and frustrated

First time I am having such a bad experience. my case is active from June already, and I am battling to get feedback from Philisiwe Pearl PPZ. Zulu <***> and Zamandaba B.P. Sibiya <***>. Even escalated to their manager Peter Kettledas. Still nothing. I am a client for easy over 10 years, and this is how I'm treated when I need urgent assistance. Totally unacceptable behaviour. If a legal firm is so useless, what hope do we have for anything else in this country.
