*Title:* Unresolved labour case – no refund, severe stress *Review:* I have paid Scorpion premiums since 2023. In Nov 2024 I opened a labour claim after a workplace dispute. They first assigned an attorney with no labour‑law experience, then a second who also knew nothing, and finally a third firm that never followed up or attended hearings. I was forced to handle the CCMA hearing alone, which caused constant anxiety and depression. Despite repeated calls and emails, Scorpion ignored my complaints, kept taking my money and after a year told me I would not receive any refund. I had to quit my job and take any work just to survive. I warn anyone considering Scorpion – or already a member – to look for another legal‑cover provider before you end up in the same nightmare.
