Time and money wasters...

I'm super disappointed with Scopion, they wated my time. I started a case with them last year November and they asked for documents, i sent them then rep**** after a long time to ask for more documents, then the documents were misplaced and was asked to send the again then they didn't contact me for a while then when they handed my case to the lawyers i was told i i needed to pay an admin fee, only for them to tell me they will not continue with the case. They could have saved me all my time, effort and money by telling me this in the beginning but i guess they wanted to look like they care. I don't think I will continue with them.
