Think twice before signing up!

Extremely poor service. I contacted this company in January and received no assistance or meaningful communication despite several follow-ups. 7 months later, I was simply told they cannot help. My matter was time-sensitive and their delay made the service useless. I have cancelled my membership — potential customers should be aware that fees may be taken with no service provided.
