what about the fact that you are ****ming my mother, who's been trying to cancel her policy or whatever you call it for the past year and she's been given the run around, to the point that she was told to go to Johannesburg to cancel, but she was never told to go to Johannesburg to join, are you lawyers and ****mers at the same time?
