THEY PROMISED ME AN ATTORNEY AND DID NOT DELIVER

They asked me to go the jhb ghandi square branch to meet with the attorney at 10:30am as per their appointment set. When i get there, they tell me the attorney came late and shes busy with 2 other people. I explained that its unacceptable as I have a job i need to get back to, they told me they cant do anything. I then ask for the branch manager, can you believe they actually told me shes gone for a walk and that she does not tell anyone where she goes... I mean really what the heck.. I was actually shocked. I would like all my money back and ill find another provider. I called the KZN branch as those are the people that called me, apparently the managers are never in their office and dont take customers seriously enough to make themselves available, it would seem they all take walks. Keith Maharaj and Sumeshnie Ramih are obviously so full of themselves that they dont care.
