They not lawyers

Scorpion is really just a paperwork firm these lawyers don't fight for you but communicate via calls and emails.....my case was handled by Ms T Ndunge couldn't get my matter resolved and when I called her before the 15th December 2022 she couldn't even recognise me and ddnt bother rather asking who I was......now in January 2023 she called me about my matter told me they can't resolve it so I must go get myself an independent lawyer.....I then requested proof and all transcripts I will need cos the person I lodged complain about admitted to owing me so needed proof of all the communication I can get but it's already a week past she hasn't forwarded them to me. Clearly they not lawyers but data capture or a call centre nje. Today emailed the manager she still hasn't responded to my email. South Africa it's really a waste off money being with these guys.
