They must respect customers not milking them dry of hard earned money

I was a member for scorpion legal protection since 2010, all I can say scorpion legal protection is just after collecting premiums to the clients. My worst case which was handled by Ramano ,she seemed and so sweet and capable to deal with my problem, but very very poor service. Instead of solving my problem with car dealer she Instead colluded with the car dealer and closed my complaint without informing me. Scorpion has very poor service!!!
