They do not offer the service they advertise. They do not even provide yuo with legal advise

I have requested a service from Scorpion twice and both times it has been a disappointment. If you end up in jail with these people you will stay there. I have a legal and death cover with them, but will have to cancel

The first time I called I needed legal advise. I was told all the legal advisers were busy and that I should leave my contact details so that they can call me back. After 24 hours I called again and the same thing. They eventually contacted me after two days. I had already reached out to other avenues in order to obtain the advice I so desperately needed

Today I called again. In desperate nee of legal advise and was told the same thing again. Five hours later and no call back. Why am I paying for a service if I don't receive it. What is going to happen if i have to put in a death claim? If they have many customers and cannot assist why don't they hire more employees. Not only do I want this service cancelled I want my money back to. I am paying for something and you are not delivering. What a *****. I am so angry
