they charge things that they can't provide
I had a case where by I had to drive 300 km to get to a place and come back was 600 km...they hv never offered the travelling cost and now I won the case I need to claim travelling cost plus all the expenses that occured on the matter that we had..but if u claim they said they will take the claims..how will I pay monthly premium and use my own money to drive that distance for the whole 5 years going up and down using my money and that money has to be paid to scorpion for what bcos they never paid any petrol for those years...this is so pathetic...actually it's a worst service ever...

As discussed, we confirm that the Plaintiff withdrew its case against you with each party having to pay its own costs. Therefore, no money or fees will be paid to Scorpion by the Plaintiff or any other person, but instead, Scorpion will be paying legal fees on your behalf in respect of both your attorney and the Correspondent Attorney that represented you in this matter. Unfortunately, the Court will not allow costs in respect of your travel to and from court in respect of for the trial.
