They can't help me

I have a platinum policy with Scorpion, i called Scorpion on Friday letting them know about someone who scratched my car, that they should assist me from claiming from this guy's employers or him directly but they refused and told me that they could not help me coz I have insurance. How is my insurance any of their business because they should assit me as their client. If i wanted to use my insurance to fix the car and they will claim from that at a later stage but that is a long route and i do not c it happening soon.<br> I think i am not going to pay my next premium this means automatically you guys terminated our policy agreement. Will look at other companies
