They are not convenient and they are very rude

I've been trying to open a case with them since the beginning of the year.When you try to get assistance from them , they say you'll be called in the next 48 hours.When they call, you don't get the help.Their offices also have hours that are not convenient for someone working 9-5.I finally went to their offices to open a case.You fill in some forms and have to wait for a call, on the call was told I'll be referred to another person who'll call, you have to wait again days, then you get a call that doesn't help.Last call I got was from Nosipho Masondo who seemed to be in a rush, the information he had about my case was wrong, tried to correct but she wouldn't listen.She was trying to give me an explanation of documents she needed but when I asked so that I get clarity she dropped the phone, never called again.Im canceling the Policy.Very useless.
