The provide poor services
i'm so disappointed straight. i was hit by BRT buss on the left mirror. i waited and waited for scorpion lawyers to sort it out. it took a year without replacing the mirror. after i have replaced the mirror and i got it through friend of mine who got it from his work. now scorpion says i must claim the amount that i paid to get the mirror. if i didnt have money to go to VW straight where will i get the replacement.how can a person who hit your vehicle mirror pay less than the original mirror.<br> <br> i was involved in a car accident. the other person was at fault. according to the legal assistance personnel at scorpion i couldnt claim for Accident fund. gues what the person is claiming R1 000 000.00. how can she claim while i couldnt claim. i am really disappointed with Scorpion. i think i need to take my account somewhere. Scorpion is not working for me.

We have investigated your complaint and our feedback is as follows: We are paying for the legal costs incurred by Ismail and Dayha attorneys who have been appointed to act in this matter. They are currently awaiting a court date. Allocating trail dates are not in our hands.
Your attorneys are also not 100% confident that you will get fully compensated in this case, as it appears that you contributed to the cause of the accident by parking your car in an obstructive manner in traffic when the accident happened. That is however an aspect for the courts to decide.
You have now indicated that you do not want to proceed with this case, or consider other options of settling this. We will forward these communications to your attorney. Without your co-operation the matter will however be closed.
I understand your frustration that it has taken so long but we are not sure how you can blame us for this. We are funding your legal matter which we undertook to do, but unfortunately the legal system can take time to work.
