The pain of paying and not receiving..

My 60 year old Dad paid Scorpion for years but they failed to represent him when he was unfairly dismissed. He logged a case with them submitted all the necessary documents including evidence of his unfair dismissal, he was allocated a representative whom he only met once, had to catch a taxi from Vereeniging to Johannesburg to meet the guy, yet they have offices around vaal, only to be told that that he will be notified as to when will the case be resolved.. We were shocked when my Dad recieved an sms asking him to complete a survey about his assistant on the case and that the case was closed..how? We don't know. After all these years as a paying client @Scorpion my Dad never received a court date, the hearing never took place, in actuality He was never represented. Yet they claim to be the Best representatives even with labour disputes.. Scorpion legal Protection is a total Bull*****
