You actually don't deserve a star. Scorpion is the worst company I have ever dealt with. So I have an insurance issue with King Price which I'm covered for R3699 and now that I am claiming, I'm receiving the very same device which now costs R2700, yet I am asked to pay excess of R415. Then I am assigned a lady called Mishka Anderson who was siding with the insurance company before she even sent my request through!

Many weeks later she sends me a response from this company which is denying to pay me what I am due and she has the audacity to ask me if I have any further instruction.

I could be swearing right now, but what the hell are you doing as my legal representative when you cannot fight what I signed up for? My cover is for R3699 and not R2700.

Please someone call me and cancel this useless policy of yours. I am just afraid of the odds should I need firm legal representation in the future. Your company is useless and you take a "year and a half to respond" Imagine if I was ever jailed. I have wasted so much of my money with this useless company.
