Terrible service.Horrific service.

My mother a pensioner who I hand the admin for during a case that she requested Scorpion to assist with has literally had no progress. They do not even contact their client who pays them monthly to give progress report.On day she called the call center about 4 time and no on could tell her exactly who was working on the case. Eventually found a helpful call center agent the told her some documentation was outstanding from her side but whomever was working on her case did not have the care enough to email or call to tell her to send through this information.All this seems to me is a company promising excellent service while taking people money elderly peoples money on a monthly bases and giving below par service.Its disappointing to say the least.
