Terrible service received

<p>I joined Scorpion legal protecion last year Novemeber and i have been paying my monthly comprehensive premiums but earlier this year around March/April i tried to get legal help and they told me that my details were not loaded on their system (Ayanda Mahlangu). I have been emailing Ayanda and i even called and left a message but no feedback or call back. I am unhappy with the service received as i pay for this service that i am not receiving at the moment. I find it hard to digest the fact that for so many months my details are still not showing on your system but my account is being debited on a monthly basis, I need this issue sorted ASAP.
