Terrible service delivery
Lies . ****. They can't even assist with a accident claim.. I had a accident and i requested for a attorney .. They referred me to a attorney that said the accident is my fault.... I questioned them as to how is it my fault where they present at the scene... they have no answers... they could not even give me another attorney to assist... seems like this scoropin legal protection is not there to protect their client's but to cause more harm to their client's... the durban staff are so unprofessional they seem to never understand anything..... I have been battling with a matter since 2019 and I have had this policy with scoripon for a while.. when we really need them they can't assist..
