Terrible Service

Just because I missed a phone call, then I no longer deserve feedback on my case. I have to report to Hellopeter because my emails are no longer being responded to and no call at all. I am deeply disappointed, it pains that I have to emotionally deal with my legal problem and another unnecessary pain of my legal representative leaving me in the wilderness. Two claims currently submitted with all the necessary documents but no feedback.
