Disgusting service by the Limpopo branch There manager Nkele and legal consultant Karabelo I follow up on cases , I have to call back and I have been sending multiple emails since June for my policy to be cancelled even today they still collected money from my account

A good two months of no response on my emails/case and cancellation

Please look into the Limpopo branch especially their manager Nkele and useless consultant Karabelo

My complaint number was also ignored wf_***2

I want my refund
As I cancelled but my request was ignored multiple times

Responsible people this huge mess is Nkele the branch manager and useless legal consultant karabelo
