Terrible Service

I had a policy with Scorpion for almost 2 years and the only time I got to ask for legal services they proved to nothing more than a subscription collection business. Firstly, their staff is rude and end calls abruptly. Managers I reported this promised to investigate and revert back to me, they did not. Secondly, I was given 7 days to vacate a leased property and Scorpion said they can't help me because my case has no prospect of success. Whereas, by law a tenant should be given at least a 30-day notice period. The landlord has my electricity cut off and Scorpion told me that they can recommend lawyer who can help me with this, but I will have to pay the costs. What exactly is my legal cover for? The company takes weeks to attend to a matter and when they do, they treat a client as though they were a nuisance. My advice is that you find another legal protection provider.
