Terrible experience

Terrible experience with scorpion... all lies lies lies in the ads. Been 2 years with scorpion and this 1 time that im really in a corner and need them they are totally useless, bunch of fools contacting me with no assistance and to to it all i get an sms saying the matter was emicably resolved; resolved by whom if they still haven't done anything about it.
