Terrible customer service

Its been more than 3 weeks now just trying to cancel a policy that i was ******* to join by one of the scorpion field agent who came to my workplace. I tried calling scorpion today 29th of April, got transfered to cancellation department and had to wait for more than ten minutes. I just need to cancel this policy
