terrible customer service
Pathetic customer service, I have a property matter that I require assistance with and they are refusing to assist and have been pushing me from person to person. Case number ***, the branch manager told the property specialist to tell me that they would not assist with my case. This is the type of feedback and communication you can expect to receive from this company

We confirm having advised you matter does not enjoy cover for legal expenses as the cause of action arose before you became our member and secondly that the property is being used for business which is not a covered matter in terms of our policy.
Despite the above, our in-house Legal Advisors proceeded with paralegal assistance on your matter and obtained an offer on your behalf, which you rejected. You have now advised us that you have referred your matter to a private attorney for further assistance and will let us know should you require further assistance or advice from us.
