Tax return

I am a client with scorpion, I lodge a claim with scorpion to check for me why I owe sars from my recent tax return. They reply to my claim and gave me a reference number for my claim and someone from administration called me and asked for my login details which I gave to her after that I got a sms notifying me of my agent or the person will be dealing with my tax return. So my concern is that is almost two months nothing is happening, I wrote couple of emails sending them to administration. But to my luck no reply, Can you please assist to ask them how far are they with my claim. I reverse my debit order with them and wrote a letter of cancelation due frustration and also canceled my walk in visit at standerton branch.
