Taking money for a service they can't really service you for!

I have been a client of scorpion legal for a good couple of years, but have never really needed their help before thus Iv never made a claim from them.. Well it all started when I heard this unbelievable adverti*****t on the radio about medical machines and other health apparatus.. So I app**** for an oxygen machine, to the value of R13 000 which I never received.. Now here comes the kicker, I approached scorpion legal because I was trying to get my money back for the machine I supposedly bought from him.. I spoke to a couple consultants whereby I was told I needed to speak to the director of scorpion legal, she would call me back?

Iv been paying scorpion legal, never missing a payment since Iv joined and today I'm still waiting for a call from the "director"..

I've just waisted thousands of Rands by being part of a company that isn't able to help me with my situation and I've lost R13 000 rand for a machine I have not received..

Scorpion legal is supposed to the best in their field and here I am the best loser in my field.. You guys suck!

We confirm having advised you that your attorney, Parker Attorneys, who were assisting you with this matter have advised that Summons were issued against the Defendant in your matter and that same were sent to the sheriff for service.
