TAKING DOWN INCORRECT BANK DETAILS NOW POLICY LAPSED

I called in February to amend my banking details from Absa to Bidvest but recently I was called to be informed my policy lapsed due to non-payment. The guy confirmed they have Capitec account. I do not own such an account. I asked that guy to refer for investigation and for the call to be listened to, till today nothing. This is really pathetic service.
