Stop debit my account please

I send email to Scorpion legal protection to cancel my membership last 4-5 . I was told that they received my email and they'll address it. To my surprise they never stop debited my account. I had to go to the bank and make a stop order. Guess what? They wrote a message that they will debit double amount next month. I never called me the last five months. Now they are aware that I stopped their debit order. They tried to call me. When I answered the phone. It is immediately drop off. You can hear when they put down the phone. And the following message that follows, is we tried to phone you but we couldn't reach you. I cancel my membership because I wasn't happy with their services that's all.
