still waiting for feedback its been a month now

I called you guys in March and spoke to the receptionist who kept on saying sum1 will call me back had to call 5 times for me to speak to a consultant but still I am unhappy mrathipa from Roodepoort branch I sent him an email in March to assist me and he hasn't' come back to me even now why should I pay you guys every month end if I'm not getting any service from your employees?
